We need to get into the detail of your project and your business to really understand what you need and how we can help…
You meet with your designated project manager and key members of the project team (e.g. designers, developers and digital analysts) to discuss your project at length. We’ll cover the user journey, creative elements and core functional requirements. It’s a great opportunity for you to meet our team and ensure we’re all on the same page.
Websites start with a plan! After our findings we start to make sure that your new site will fit you and your customers needs.
This is the ‘how it will work’ part of the project. Our technical team will pull together all of your functional requirements into a specification document. This will detail how we intend to build your website, right down to the plugins we’ll be using (if applicable) and the technical approach.
Our detailed timing plan, will breakdown the project into key milestones, with clear indication of when we will need your input for feedback and meetings. It will also include the ever important launch date!
We will put together a sitemap, showing all pages across your website which will help to form the content plan so that we’re all clear on what content is required for each page.
Our design team not only makes sure our sites looks good but are easy to navigate, allowing your customers to find exactly what they need.
Our design team will create wireframes (think ‘un-coloured-in’ designs) before moving on to full page designs, visualising your website across both desktop and mobile devices. This will allow you to see all of our discussions during the requirements workshop come to fruition, with your brand and some draft copy in place for good measure.
For many the website design is the fun part of a website project, and what everyone is keen to see.
We create a suite of visuals for key-page templates and a style guide for your site, utilising your brand guidelines and website content. Designs are created for both desktop and mobile sized devices so you can see how your site will look across multiple screen sizes.
This is where you’ll see the designs come to life and our developers really do their thing…
Once we have an approved specification and set of designs our team can get started on the development. Your project manager will keep you updated with how things are progressing as we go
As the build of the website progresses we’ll begin loading in your content and imagery
With content in place, our team carry out full testing, including cross browser compatibility and digital marketing checks to ensure it’s as ‘go live ready’ as possible before we hand it across to you.
This is the exciting bit! You’ll get your first proper look at your website in full working order. You’ll be able to interact with it just as your customers do and provide us with your feedback before the launch.
The final stage, we’re almost there…
Following our detailed launch plan, we will carry out the necessary steps in preparation for your website to go live. This will involve both our team and yours, coordinating at various stages (don’t worry, we’ll explain it all as we go) so that the site is ‘launch ready’.
The big day has arrived! We will carry out the final few checks and then get your website live for all of your lovely customers to see!
Once your website is live, we don’t just up and leave, we’re with you for the long term…
We’ll be there to support and maintain your website – ensuring that the plugins, core platform and the server are kept up to date and secure. This is all included within your monthly support package.
Our UK based support team are just at the end of a phone or email to answer any questions. If you have our retainer package, you’ll also have your own Account Manager who will arrange regular meetings with you to discuss new ideas as well as providing a monthly report on what we’ve been up to.
Whether it be search engine optimisation (SEO), PPC or digital consultancy, our team can support your ongoing marketing efforts and provide a monthly report of your website performance alongside our recommendations and suggestions.
