Gareth joined Infotex in December 2020 with Mark and Jono when they moved from working inside the NHS, to enable us to offer technical development services to clients in healthcare and beyond, based on the Microsoft technical stack.
Gareth has worked in web development for over 20 years, having got the bug for programming when he worked in production management at a printing company and was asked to build a system to monitor resources.
He has been working with customers in the public sector throughout his IT career, mainly inside the NHS, and since joining Infotex he has continued to work with customers from his time in the NHS.
Outside of work Gareth is keen on sports including football, cycling and squash, although creaking knees means he spends more time watching than playing these days. He also has a wife and two children, one of whom is about to start studying for GCSEs so he’s trying to dust off his GCSE maths knowledge…
