Having started at Infotex as a Production Apprentice in 2006, Katie has worked her way up through the company; she really knows our operations inside out, and her experience makes her work as our Client Services Director invaluable.

Katie heads up our client services team, who offer everything from sales and account/project management through to digital marketing and ongoing support services. Each member of her team is essential in supporting our clients through their online journey, many of whom have been with us for decades!
Joining us back in 2006 as a Production Apprentice, Katie worked closely alongside the Production Manager, learning the ropes and attending as many meetings as possible – it’s a great way to learn! Along the way she’s attended several courses with the most recent being a level 3 diploma in management, gaining a distinction.
Katie is a really organised mum of two and loves a good list; at work she’s always in reaching distance of her notepad! Her love of running, has seen her take part in many races from 5k – half marathon as well as being part of the Infotex team at the Suffolk Whole Hog. Obviously being active, she loves the outdoors and on holidays you can often find her off-roading in her Landrover or camping in the roof tent.
