London Gases

Since 1999 London Gases delivered to trade and domestic customers in London and the surrounding areas, with their own fleet of vehicles and drivers providing next-day delivery.

The Brief

London Gases came to us wanting to improve the performance of their ecommerce website. They needed a website that offered their services in a clear and practical way, but also that expressed the friendly character of the company. Above all, their site is built around the character of the city of London –  they are the fuel for a vibrant city.

Our Approach

Following a full review of their existing website and working with the client to understand the challenges of their market, we produced a website that is easy for customers to navigate, and a checkout process that allowed customers to book their delivery day.

The website integrates to their order management system, where orders are processed and set for their scheduled delivery date, reducing back-office processing, re-keying of orders and the possible introduction of errors.

The Results

The result was an immediate increase in their sales on conversion rate from 3% to 7%. 

We have continued to work with London Gases to improve their website, and continue to run ongoing Google Ads and Google Shopping campaigns.
